THE WORK

A Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) and Belonging work is a journey which requires all of us to collectively embrace change. 


Yes, it is uncomfortable for each of us, and the opportunities are endless. There is no ”one size fit all” fix. The Work requires an open mind, acknowledging our biases, and honest and respectful conversations.


The Work is continuous improvement for cultural change and inclusion. A DEI Partner Coach which understands you, hears you, supports you with an approach that breaks down The Work into bite sizes that is easy to digest – well we are EQUANIMITY.
